PASSPORT PROTECTION TERMS
Effective Date: November 2026
In short
Passport Protection is optional. The price and how often it renews (monthly, quarterly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) are shown at checkout and on your billing page. The first period is paid with your order; after that it renews automatically until you disable it. You can disable it at any time from your dashboard under Payments & Protection. Your benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
These Passport Protection Terms (the "Plan Terms") describe the optional Passport Protection membership (the "Plan") offered by Passport Rush LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as PassportVisaRush.com (the "Company"), to any customer who enrolls in the Plan (the "Customer"). The Plan Terms form part of the Company's Terms and Conditions and are read together with the Refund Policy. By enrolling in the Plan, the Customer agrees to the Plan Terms.
1. WHAT THE PLAN IS
1.1 The Plan is an account-level membership. One Plan covers the Customer's entire account, including every application on it, current and future.
1.2 While the Plan is active, the Customer receives the following benefits:
(a) Resubmission at no additional service fee: if a passport is lost or stolen, or a processed application must be corrected and resubmitted, the Company processes the resubmission without charging its service fee again;
(b) Priority support: the Customer's requests are handled by the Company's priority team ahead of standard requests;
(c) Account-wide coverage: every application on the Customer's account is covered; and
(d) Disable at any time: benefits remain in effect until the end of the paid period.
1.3 Plan benefits apply only to the Company's own fees and services. The Plan never includes, reduces, waives or guarantees any government fee, government processing time, or the approval or issuance of any passport or travel document.
2. ENROLLMENT AND PRICE
2.1 The Customer enrolls in the Plan by selecting it during checkout. The Plan fee and the billing interval (monthly, quarterly or yearly) are displayed at checkout before payment is authorized and on the Customer's billing page at all times.
2.2 The fee and the billing interval of a Plan are fixed when the Customer enrolls and do not change for as long as that Plan remains active. The Company may offer the Plan to new subscribers at a different fee or interval; such changes do not affect an active Plan.
3. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
3.1 The first billing period of the Plan is paid together with the order in which the Plan was selected.
3.2 At the end of each billing period the Plan renews automatically for a further period of the same length, and the Plan fee is charged to the payment method on file, until the Customer disables the Plan. The date of the next charge is shown on the Customer's billing page.
3.3 By enrolling in the Plan, the Customer authorizes the Company to charge these recurring Plan fees to the payment method on file. The Customer may update the payment method on the billing page at any time.
4. HOW TO DISABLE THE PLAN
4.1 The Customer may disable the Plan at any time, at no charge, in either of the following ways:
(a) from the Customer's account: sign in, open Dashboard, then Payments & Protection, and select "Disable Protection"; or
(b) by emailing support@passportvisarush.com from the email address on the account with a request to disable the Plan.
4.2 Disabling takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Benefits remain available until that date, no further charges are made, and the Company sends a confirmation to the Customer's email address.
4.3 Disabling the Plan does not cancel, and is not a request to refund, any document preparation order.
5. RESUMING THE PLAN
5.1 A Customer who has disabled the Plan may resume it from the billing page at any time before the end of the current paid period. The Plan then continues to renew as before.
5.2 After the Plan has ended, the Customer may enroll again by selecting the Plan on a new order, at the fee and interval offered at that time.
6. FAILED PAYMENTS
6.1 If a renewal charge cannot be collected, the Company's payment processor may retry the charge. Plan benefits are unavailable while a renewal remains unpaid.
6.2 If the charge cannot be collected after the processor's retries, the Plan ends and no further charges are attempted. The Customer may update the payment method on the billing page at any time to keep the Plan.
7. REFUNDS
7.1 The Plan fee paid with an order is refundable only together with that order, within twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase time, as described in the Refund Policy. A refund of that order ends the Plan.
7.2 A Customer may request a full refund of a Plan renewal charge within twenty-four (24) hours of the date of that charge by emailing support@passportvisarush.com. An approved refund of a renewal charge ends the Plan on the date the refund is issued. Renewal charges are otherwise non-refundable, except as provided in the Refund Policy for duplicate charges, verified unauthorized transactions, and verified technical failures attributable to the Company.
7.3 Disabling the Plan stops future charges. It is not by itself a refund request, and it does not refund the current billing period, whose benefits remain available until the period ends.
8. CHANGES TO THE PLAN
8.1 The Company may modify the benefits of the Plan on thirty (30) days' notice sent to the Customer's email address. The Customer may disable the Plan before the change takes effect.
8.2 The Company may discontinue the Plan at any time. If the Company discontinues the Plan, the Company will refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro rata basis.
9. RELATIONSHIP TO THE OTHER DOCUMENTS
9.1 The Plan Terms are part of the Company's Terms and Conditions, which govern the Plan together with the Refund Policy. If the Plan Terms and the Terms and Conditions differ, the Terms and Conditions control.
9.2 The Plan Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and any dispute relating to the Plan is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
