REFUND POLICY

At Passport Rush LLC, doing business as PassportVisaRush.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that choosing a document preparation service is an important decision, and we want you to feel completely confident when working with us. That is why we proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your experience, we will make it right.
This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds are provided. By placing an order or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
1. OUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
1.1 We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the document preparation services you received, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.
1.2 Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience every time. Whether you had a change of plans, encountered an unexpected situation, or simply feel that our service did not meet your expectations, we respect your decision and will process your refund promptly.
1.3 Please note that the Company is a private document preparation provider and is not a government agency. Our fees cover administrative and documentation services only and do not include official government processing or filing fees. Government fees, if separately paid, are non-refundable by the Company as they are collected by the respective government agency.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
2.1 Requesting a refund is simple. Just reach out to our Customer Care team at support@passportvisarush.com within 30 days of your purchase and include the following information:
(a) Your full name as used in the application;
(b) Your transaction date and payment confirmation number; and
(c) A brief description of the reason for your request (this helps us improve our services).
2.2 We believe in keeping things easy and hassle-free. You do not need to provide extensive documentation or jump through hoops. Simply let us know, and we will take care of the rest.
3. REFUND PROCESSING
3.1 Once your refund request is received, our team will review and process it within five (5) business days.
3.2 Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method originally used for the transaction. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to ten (10) additional business days to appear on your statement.
3.3 You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, so you always know exactly where things stand.
4. ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS
4.1 Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or system error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge in full — regardless of the 30-day window.
4.2 Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made using compromised or unauthorized financial information and is confirmed as fraudulent by the payment processor, we will issue a full refund immediately upon verification.
4.3 Technical Failures: If a verified technical issue on our end prevented us from delivering the services you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund at any time.
5. AFTER THE 30-DAY PERIOD
5.1 We encourage all customers to review their documents and reach out within the 30-day guarantee period. After this window has passed, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion.
5.2 Even after 30 days, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution. If you experience an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us — we are always here to help.
6. CHARGEBACKS
6.1 We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Our team is ready to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can process a refund far faster than a bank dispute.
6.2 If a chargeback is filed after services have been rendered without first contacting us, the Company reserves the right to provide transaction records and service documentation to the payment processor in response to the dispute.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
7.1 All completed documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your documents in your inbox.
7.2 If you experience any issues receiving your documents, contact us right away and we will resend them at no additional cost.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION
8.1 The Company employs industry-standard fraud prevention measures to protect both our customers and our business.
8.2 In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, the Company may temporarily suspend processing pending identity and payment verification. This is done to safeguard your financial information and ensure the security of all transactions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
9.2 Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
