REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: October 2025

This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the conditions under which Passport Rush LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as PassportVisaRush.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), may consider and issue refunds for payments made by any individual or entity (hereinafter the "Customer") in connection with document preparation and related administrative services purchased through the Company's website. By placing an order, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging the Company's services, the Customer acknowledges, understands, and accepts all terms and limitations set forth herein.

1. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY

1.1 All sales are final. The Company performs immediate manual work upon receipt of payment, including review, formatting, and document preparation specific to the Customer's individual case. For this reason, services are deemed fully rendered once initiated, and payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided herein.

1.2 The Customer expressly acknowledges that payment authorizes the Company to commence performance immediately and waives any right of withdrawal once processing begins.

1.3 The Customer further understands that the Company is a private document preparation provider and not a government agency. Fees charged by the Company are solely for administrative and documentation services and do not include any official government processing or filing fees.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Company will only consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

(a) Duplicate Transaction: A Customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or system error;

(b) Verified Fraud: The payment was made using compromised or unauthorized financial information, provided that verifiable documentation is supplied to the Company and the charge is confirmed as fraudulent by the payment processor;

(c) Technical Error: A demonstrable system malfunction directly attributable to the Company prevented delivery of the purchased service and no work was initiated.

2.2 Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

(a) Change of mind, misunderstanding of services, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of a government process;

(b) Delays or denials caused by governmental agencies;

(c) Inaccurate, incomplete, or false information submitted by the Customer;

(d) Failure of the Customer to complete required steps or provide additional requested documentation;

(e) Inability to use the prepared documents for personal, travel, or logistical reasons;

(f) Expectation that the Company would expedite or submit documents directly to the U.S. Department of State.

3. REFUND PROCEDURE

3.1 Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the Company's Customer Service Department at support@passportvisarush.com. The request must include:

(a) The Customer's full name as used in the application;

(b) The transaction date and payment confirmation number;

(c) A written explanation of the reason for the refund request; and

(d) Supporting evidence, if applicable.

3.2 Refund requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the original transaction. Requests submitted after this time period will not be eligible for review except in cases of verified fraud or technical error.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to verify all information and to deny requests lacking sufficient evidence or falling outside the defined eligibility conditions.

4. REVIEW AND RESPONSE TIME

4.1 Refund evaluations are conducted by the Company's Compliance and Billing Department.

4.2 All refund determinations shall be made within ten (10) business days following receipt of a properly completed refund request.

4.3 If a refund is approved, reimbursement shall be issued to the same payment method originally used for the transaction. Depending on the Customer's financial institution, posting of the refund may take up to ten (10) additional business days.

5. PARTIAL REFUNDS AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS

5.1 In cases where partial services have been performed but delivery has not yet been completed, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund representing no more than fifty percent (50%) of the total fee paid.

5.2 The Company retains the right to deduct administrative, banking, and processing costs from any approved refund to cover transaction expenses.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND UNAUTHORIZED DISPUTES

6.1 The Customer acknowledges that submission of a chargeback or payment dispute after services have commenced constitutes a material breach of this Policy and may be treated as fraudulent activity.

6.2 The Company will vigorously contest all unwarranted chargebacks by providing documentation including IP address logs, timestamps, correspondence records, and copies of completed deliverables to the payment processor or credit card issuer.

6.3 In the event that a Customer initiates a chargeback without valid justification, the Company reserves the right to:

(a) Report the Customer's information to the payment gateway's fraud and risk management division;

(b) Pursue recovery of the disputed amount, plus any administrative, collection, or legal costs incurred; and

(c) Permanently restrict the Customer from future use of the Company's services.

7. DELIVERY AND COMPLETION CONFIRMATION

7.1 All services are considered completed upon electronic delivery of the prepared documentation to the email address provided by the Customer during checkout.

7.2 The Customer bears full responsibility for confirming receipt of the delivered document. Failure to check spam or junk folders does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7.3 The Company shall not be liable for transmission delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, internet interruptions, or incorrect email input by the Customer.

8. TECHNICAL FAILURE OR NON-DELIVERY

8.1 If, due to verified internal technical failure, the Company is unable to process or deliver the prepared document, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund, provided that no manual work was completed prior to the failure.

8.2 Where partial work was completed, the Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate pro-rated refund amount based on the extent of completion.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION AND INVESTIGATION

9.1 The Company employs fraud-prevention systems to detect unauthorized or suspicious activity.

9.2 In cases of suspected fraud, payment reversals, or multiple disputed transactions, the Company reserves the right to suspend processing and withhold all services pending verification of identity and payment authorization.

9.3 Any fraudulent use of payment credentials, false reporting of disputes, or intentional misuse of refund procedures shall be reported to law enforcement and financial institutions in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.

10. FINALITY OF DECISIONS

10.1 All refund determinations made by the Company's management or compliance personnel are final and binding.

10.2 No verbal promises, representations, or informal communications from customer service agents shall amend or override the terms of this Policy.

10.3 The Customer acknowledges that by submitting payment, he or she consents to the conditions herein and accepts that refunds are not guaranteed beyond the expressly stated exceptions.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.

11.2 Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the interpretation, application, or enforcement of this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the State of Delaware.
